Comprised of representatives from member banks, the Commission participates in the work of ICC Banking Techniques and Practice Commission; researches into international banking practices and operations and drafts rules and proposals concerning the policies and management of international banking business and present them to the relevant governmental institutions; provides expert opinions regarding international banking business; promotes in China the adoption of international practices, etc.
