Ms. Liu joined Tian Yuan in 1995 and became a partner in early 2002.? Ms. Liu is admitted to practice law in China and in the State of New York, U.S.A. In 2004, she was awarded the Outstanding Individual of Beijing Judicial System and in 2005,the National Outstanding Lawyer.

Ms. Liu received her Bachelor law degree and LL.M. degree from Beijing University School of Law.? She received her second LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law.

Ms. Liu’s main practice areas are mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment and securities.? She has worked on dozens of M&A and FDI deals, including the purchase of the controlling stock in the A share public companies by domestic investors and foreign investors.? She has also helped companies to do the IPO in China，Hong Kong and the United States. In addition, Ms. Liu has provided legal services for fund management companies, public companies listed in Chinese and/or overseas stock exchanges.

Ms. Liu is the co-author of “The Legal Practice of the Public Offering and Listing of Shares in China”, published by the Legal Publishing House of China, 2004.? She has been invited to write an article named “Explanation on the Regulations on Buy-back of the Publicly-Traded Shares by the Listing Companies”, which was published in China Securities Newspaper in June 17, 2005.? Ms. Liu is a member of the council of China Mergers and Acquisition Association.? Ms. Liu is also a member of the expert team helping CSRC to revise the present Rules on the Mergers and Acquisition of Listing Companies.??
